The mall was inaugurated in November 2017, as a result of a more than EUR 10 million investment, to which another building unit was subsequently added. The Mitiska Reim Belgian investment fund is the owner of the mall and the names of the retailers present in the stripmall are most important. Within this project, M.I.S. Grup executed the infrastructure, the upper structure, the vertical systematisation and the exterior arrangements.
